etrainu provides a free Help Desk Facility for clients and users to solve any difficulties that may arise with etrainu online training or systems. etrainuSupport can provide assistance with:
- Setting up your account
- Accessing training modules
- Course information
- Training queries
- Language Literacy and Numeracy support
- An other queries or questions you may have
Contact to the etrainu Support is via email at etrainuSupport. It is our policy to reply to all email requests within 48 Hours (Monday to Friday) however we will attempt to address your queries as soon as possible.

Before contacting etrainuSupport please view Frequently Asked Questions, How On Line Training Works and/or the Participant Handbook which may assist in addressing your queries.
All requests for support from etrainuSupport are logged and are responded to on a priority basis. You may be contacted by return e-mail or alternatively by phone.
Please ensure that all Help Desk requests include:
- Your name
- The organisation you are employed by (if you have been provided with Key Codes by your employer)
- Your username and password
- Your e-mail address
- Your contact phone number.
- A brief description of the problem encountered
- Details of any error messages
